Seems better than most but often have equipment issues that causes some delays. Also, they want all the towels returned to the one spot. You know that is not always going to happen so you see used towels laying around. I would think having a couple of the rolling can spaced around would make it easier for them and their customers.

Been going here since they opened a several years ago and visit almost every week. Came in today to get a new sticker b/c my old one was on my community gate key and the key got lost when I had my car in for service. I prefer not to put the sticker on my windshield. When I approached the manager to get a new one I had to wait for him to finish scrolling on his phone only to be rudely greeted “what’s up”. When he said he had to stick it on my windshield I explained why I didn’t want it on and he said there’s no exceptions. While I get that there’s policies I don’t need to be treated rudely. After years of loyalty I decided to ask him to cancel my membership. He then said I had to do it online and he couldn’t do it for me. Not the first time I’ve had bad interactions with this gentleman but it will definitely be the last time!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS BUSINESS. Inflation’s sky high, choose where you spend your hard earned cash wisely and expect common courtesy where you spend it!!!

Went online to cancel and the manager cancelled my membership anyway. I should at least be able to use it through the month I’ve paid through but no, they’re too petty for that. The repair shop ended up finding my gate key/car wash sticker and I tried using it before my paid month ended. No such luck. STAY AWAY from this place!

I love this car wash always has all the products filled and ready and everything functioning as it should. when we always come Andre has been there to greet everyone when paying for service. he is always was very friendly and helpful.thank you for always providing friendly and great service ❤️

Been going for a few months now when I was sold a membership at the car wash one day. Last time I went I waited in the line - was actually stuck in it - and the car wash broke down and people had to find a way to get out of the line (which was packed). All the while, the workers there looked clueless as to what was going on, never communicated to any of us on what was wrong, ETA to resolve, nothing. Was forced to wait 30 min with my car stuck on a line before I could exit. What a waste of time on a weekend. I then went to cancel my membership about a month later, and of course the website section doesn't work to cancel so I was forced to call. I was sent a link via text that was supposed to take me to the cancelation portal and sure enough, pointed me right back to the section of the site that I find "page not found". Now I've been waiting 20 min on the phone with the music and still haven't spoken to anyone to cancel this. By the time this is done, they'll owe me money it's that ridiculous. Bottom line is if you are passing by and have the time, jump in and pay for the minimum wash to wash the crud off the car. Otherwise, hard pass on membership.
Unfortunately im leaving 2 stars. This machine never works properly, like, Never! The shine tunnel is always out of order, was there 3 times last week, NO towels they where all regular days of the week, they took out the floor mat cleaning machine and never replaced it. then today, I get a text saying membership is going to increase, I pay 50$ for 2 cars. My question is, what are we going to get for your increase? And note theyre building More apartments right outside your entry, so there's an increase in your already steady flow. How are you going to keep up with that demand if you cant handle what you already have?
