  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I came in with a nail in my tire, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I definitely appreciate the fast service and would come back again for future tire needs.

  As a realtor, I’m on the road constantly, and one of the hazards of the job seems to be picking up nails in my tires more often than I’d like. I had a tight window between clients and needed a quick repair, so I called Mavis Tires & Brakes on Big Bend. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in and had me back on the road fast. I’m a repeat customer because they consistently take great care of me and make sure I’m driving safely. I use their Goodyear tires, and they’ve been better priced and performed better than the tires I previously bought through the dealership. Outstanding service, reliable products, and a team that truly looks out for their customers keeps me coming back. Thank you for taking care of your local realtor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My husband had his service done and he told me about Steve the manager there and how grateful he was to the service. My husband drives a lot so safely having great repair to his brakes and tires are super important. Thank you so much Steve at the Mavis store on big bend for taking care of my husbands car and keeping him safe on the road!

  If I could give 10 stars I would. Steve the Manager was absolutely phenomenal with the extensive service needed for my vehicle. I arrived without an appointment and I needed a lot of wheel and brake work done to my vehicle, that didn't pose an issue at all for Steve the manager and his staff to ensure that I was in and promptly out. This continues to be the reason why I remain loyal to this Company and more specifically to this Mavis store on Big Bend. Thank you Steve, thank you to the entire team for your honest and truthful vehicle recommendations. Both my and my wife's vehicles will always have a place with this store for service and we'll continue to be loyal customers ESPECIALLY with Managers like Steve running that shop!!

  Came here on 4/13/26 after having another tire shop reject putting my left driver side donut to the back and bring the back good tire to the front FOR SAFETY REASONS. I had two children in the back and was willing to pay anything to feel more safe in my car. Still they were very rude and said no. THANK GOD for MAVIS TIRE because this kind soul named Christian came out to my car and saw that I was worried about the donut being in the front and told me he would gladly help me. He seems like such a great man. Thank you so much Mavis Tire I WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE !!!! Also a man named Brad was very helpful in helping me understand the tires pros and cons and how it can be helped. These guys are great. Ended up spending money but it was more for the safety of my kids that was more important and even then they working a price out with me that wasn’t an arm and a leg.
