  I had a great experience with the tire service at Firestone. The staff was super helpful, guiding me through my options and helping me find the perfect tires for my car. The installation was quick, which I really appreciated. I did have to wait a bit during peak hours, but the friendly atmosphere made it worth it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing tire service!

  The employees are so honest and I couldn't be more grateful! I came in about a week ago, on the verge of a break down (dealing with a high risk pregnancy) when all the sudden my car starts making scary noises. A quick google search told me probably brake related and to prepare for something in the $1,000 range for repair. My husband and I came here, and they fit us in quick! I believe (sorry, pregnancy brain if I am wrong) Chris is the employee who helped us! After investigating the issue, he figured out it was only a silly rock stuck in my brake pad! He removed it and sent me on my way, no charge! Having dealt with situations in the past with untrustworthy mechanics, this definitely could've been an opportunity to make a quick buck. I really appreciate Express Tire and CHRIS for their reliability and trustworthiness! They will continue to have our business! :)

  Real pros here. They know how to repair and maintain my 2018 Jeep Compass. They are friendly, polite, and customer-centered. Their prices are reasonable. As soon as I got into the Uber to take me home while the Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers fixed my car, the Uber driver said, "I get all my tires here."

  I had a really great experience with this shop and felt it was worth sharing. I brought my car in for an alignment, and even though they attempted it twice, they were honest in explaining that underlying issues with my vehicle were preventing it from being perfectly aligned. Instead of just charging me anyway or brushing it off, they took the time to do what they could to improve the situation and get it as close as possible. What really stood out to me was their integrity — they didn’t charge me anything, even after putting in the time and effort. On top of that, they made a few adjustments and fixes to help the alignment perform better given the condition of the car. It’s not often you come across a shop that values honesty and customer satisfaction over making a quick dollar. I truly appreciate their transparency, effort, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

  Chris and his team always take care of us. They always remember us. Yesterday my car (2023 Honda accord that runs very well) started making this god awful noise when in reverse. I was convinced my car was broken and that I’d have to sell at least one child to pay for the repair. To my surprise I got a call that my car was ready within the hour of dropping it off. Chris said I wouldn’t believe what the issue was and when I got there he showed me this little tiny rock that had gotten stuck in the rotor. After they removed it the car was back to normal. And they didn’t charge anything! I love this place and I really needed a win today. I’m so glad to have this shop so close to us. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars!!!! My whole extended family brings their cars here. It’s always the cheapest price around and the most honest team I’ve ever dealt with.
