- BDBrett DOct 20, 20251.0PROCEED WITH THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! BE READY TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED AND TOLD THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THEY CAUSE!! Long story short, they removed the engine splash guards & skid plate for the oil change and never put them back on, essentially stealing 2 parts of the vehicles engine bay protection that left the engine fully exposed from the bottom resulting in nearly $700 in damages and added repair costs after the fact!! Spoke with corporate, filed a claim, and the area manager wouldn't even speak with me and had the store manager call me to relay the message that they will not do anything at all to make it right stating that they're simply not liable for the damages. How can you remove parts of of someone's vehicle, not put them back, and state you aren't liable??? READ OTHER REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THESE TYPES OF ISSUES ARE PERSISTENT AT THIS LOCATION!!

I experienced the same thing out of Valvoline before cost me $1,000 to get my car fixed after they said they did not know what it was. Took my car in and it was fine after I left cost me $1,000 to get it fixed I will never go back to Valvoline again
