I wish I had taken note of the gentleman’s name inside but I was working and on conference calls the entire time I was there so I can’t recall, but he was honest and gave me several options at every step of the consultation/quote and didn’t try to oversell or upsell additional services like so many other shops do when I’m alone. It was just him and one tech working and I witnessed him reach out to other customers proactively with status updates to adjust their appointments so they didn’t have to waste time waiting for my project to be complete. I’ll be going here from now on. 🙏🏻
