  I was received by the manager Joe, who was very rude and unprofessional. I took my vehicle to get a diagnosis, since I was purchasing it. My insurance company was going to pay for this and also for brakes and tire replacement. He called my insurance company and rudely refused to do service on my vehicle when he was asked to provide photos of what the vehicle needed replaced, he yelled at them and did not provide the requested documentation. I later called him asking for his help to get this completed, and he had a very negative attitude and yelling said, "I refuse to send them anything come pick up your vehicle and take it elsewhere!" I took it to another shop, and they helped me get everything done! I will not recommend Tire Choice to anyone!

  Save your money and go somewhere else. They were out of their depth. I should’ve never brought my vehicle to them, and then I paid for them to train on my truck.

  This is a great group of folks. They always help our family when we have tire issues. We trust them and they are some of the most honest folks around. I would not want to have to face flat tires without them especially with teenage drivers.
