  Car Wash #292 After taking my brand new 2026 vehicle through the car wash tunnel and polish tunnel I noticed bunch of scratches on it as i went to dry it off. I immediately went to the manager to let him know he told me move forward I could request to have the brushes up no one never told me that before. I still yet have received a call from management or corporate about the issue this car wash has been going down hill ever since new ownership I pay a monthly premium all im asking for is to have everything working for when customers come to the site because we pay premium every month and that's what the customers pay monthly for. Lately there's been all kind of issues when I go there sometimes the vacuum not working, there's no tirw shine in the machines/no towels and the place be trashed.

  Love this place, the employees are always friendly. No line even on a Saturday morning, which is a plus.

  Washes are good but only when all parts of the system works, which is rarely. They have a chronic maintenance issue which will likely disappoint.

  Nobody picks up the phone here. This sucks because this is a good car wash. I really just can’t deal with this Abysmal customer service. Can’t cancel on app. Can’t cancel on website unless you have an RFID sticker(which I was never given). Doing anything online doesn’t matter though, because they’ll just send you a generic ticket response telling you to cancel online.

Somewhere between the rinse and the dry, I stopped being a customer and became the physical embodiment of cleanliness. Take 5 Car Wash didn’t just clean my car. They pressure-washed the veil between worlds.
