  Carlos and Tyler are absolute GOATS at Mavis Tire Shop. I bought rear wiper blades from Advanced Auto, but they refused to install them on my 2019 Ford Escape. I walked across the street to Mavis expecting to pay something for the help—and instead I got some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Carlos and Tyler spent a solid 20 minutes working on my rear wiper, tried no exaggeration—six different tools, and dealt with what was honestly a very frustrating and tough install. They didn’t rush, didn’t give up, and made sure it was done right. What really stood out? After all that effort, they asked for nothing in return. Just genuinely good people who care about helping customers. Huge shoutout to Carlos and Tyler—you earned a customer for life. People like this are rare. Highly recommend this location 🙌

  Has to have some work done on my tie rods and struts ! Service was done in a timely manner and the crew was very professional and knowledgeable! Car is driving like new thank you for your hard work! Highly recommend!

  Excellent service from start to finish. This Mavis location in Riverview is the best place to get your car repaired. This team is always knowledgeable and takes their time to explain your options and never try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work is always done correctly and the prices are reasonable. Great place.

  Drop our 2014 Lexus RX350 to get 4 Top of the line Michelin Tires and a 4 wheel alignment done. Left the car on a Sunday and pickup up on a Tuesday. When we picked our vehicle our car was full of Ants which mostly was most likely from there parking lot. My wife was very upset as she really keeps her vehicle clean. As she was driving back we notice they forget to put 1 on our tires back in the vehicle and she had to drive all the way back to retrieve. After the excuse from Mavis that "They can't control Nature" I replied with but you can control pest control on your lot and or putting a tire back in a trunk! Very upset at the poor customer services and the series of excuses my wife decided to drive home. When I got home I notice they didn't even put back the wheel lock. So now i have travel back again to get it back. This isn't what i call a 5 star tire service establishment we paid good money for our products and service and sadly the service was lacking and I cannot recommend leaving your vehicle overnight as well as purchasing new tires. There is a extreme lack of attention to detail. As we got our receipt I noticed drop off miles and return miles were exactly the same, So did they do a proper test drive of the vehicle I wouldn't know. Furthermore, They did not provide a print out of the machines alignment paper work! I been a customer a couple of times with no issues but this just took the cake for me. I will stick with Costco and Sams from now on. Tips for your establishment: - Don't tell a customer to go to the store and purchase bug killing supplies. Show empathy and concern for the customer and try your best to make things right. - Have a check list in your documentation on procedures that have to be done with the vehicle and READ THE NOTES on the paperwork! - There are people out there with phobias and or skin conditions you don't know about what may seem not a big concern to you could be disastrous and detrimental to the consumer. Pros - We love the tires We love the fact your able to get them in 2 days for us. our review reflects our personal experience with customer service and not the physical product of this establishment. Update 24/DEC/25 - We noticed our vehicle pulls hard to the right we instructed the employees when the manager "Carlos" will be in to discuss our issue. We were told Friday and explained to them that will be there first thing in the morning Update** 26/DEC/25 Spoke with the manager and expressed all our concerns/complaints with the service. Unfortunately, simply put the manager told myself there is nothing we can do. Manager offered to put the car back on the machine (if ever done) (with a printer that doesnt work. And I replied with "right now"? He said no they have customers waiting and vehicles in the bay and that I have to wait since i just showed up. I informed that my presence was told to your employees 2 days ago that I will be here did nobody inform you of this? He replied with a no. I then proceeded to say I am still your customer form 2 days ago I this point i didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there anymore and walked away.

  Went in because I had a gnarly nail in my tire, and they managed to have a spot open for me last minute 🙏🏼 The entire team was so incredibly friendly and got my car done in less than two hours! And the price wasn’t bad at all for replacing an entire tire. I went here on a whim, but absolutely will come back. I couldn’t recommend them more!
