Horrible customer service. Lazy people working there. I don’t recommend using this place at all. I came in for a tire valve stem repair and they told me 3 hour wait. I said I would be happy to leave my tire and come back later and the girl told me if someone comes in they would keep pushing me back to the end of the line because they didn’t want to do the service because it wasn’t worth much money to the shop. She had an attitude about it and mockingly laughed at me as I left.

You can make an appointment for 9:00 AM for a simple oil change, arrive half an hour early at 8:30 AM, and still not leave until 1 PM. What is the purpose of making an appointment if we still have to sit and wait, while people who walk in without an appointment get their cars serviced before us?

Horrible customer service he didn’t want to help me with changing one tire because I got there at 5:30 and they close at six. I don’t change tires for a living but I could’ve easily changed that tire myself with their equipment in 20 minutes. Today’s customer service is just absolutely unacceptable.

I remember back to last year which was my last time here. I walked in and there’s Linda. The gal that helped me last year. Same award winning personality and detail to customer service. I immediately felt comfortable and knewI was in good hands. Full brake job on a Mercedes can be up to 1700-1800+ and that’s not at the dealership pricing which would be more. Linda got me in and out full brake job front and back plus sensors, new brake fluids and flush all for $1300. Best service - best prices. I’m sold on Mavis Tire.

I stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes today (the one on 301 near the Big Bend Intersection) to have my car checked out after noticing a squeal on cold starts since getting my A/C repaired a couple of months ago. I’ve been to this location several times before, and while they’re now under new management, my experience today was excellent. Linda was friendly and efficient in getting me checked in, and Daniel took the time to explain what was going on and what to keep an eye on moving forward. The service was attentive, the communication was clear, and I truly felt valued as a customer. The wait time was about an hour, which was very reasonable for a Sunday morning. Overall, a strong positive experience—I’ll definitely be back!
