  I don’t usually leave reviews unless the staff and service truly go above and beyond, and the Riverview location definitely did just that. This was my second visit, and my first experience was just as great, which is exactly why I didn’t hesitate to come back. The pricing was fair, the product knowledge was excellent, and they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Josephina (Jose) and Linda kept me laughing while I waited in the lobby, which made the time fly by. Tyler, who worked on my car, was efficient and even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. 10/10 — highly recommend.

  So the vehicle I brought in to get worked on isn’t an everyday driver. I was turned by 5 different tire shops cause they would say “we have nothing to lift that” so declining my business because it’s a “pain to work on” what should have been my first stop they greeting me with open arms and accepted the challenging work for my mini bus. I can definitely keep coming to a place that doesn’t just say “no I can’t do it” and looks to help any way shape or form! Thanks again and will be a customer here at the shop for life!!

  Visited today to get my car checked out for multiple issues. Linda at the front desk was all smiles and beyond helpful, which in my past experiences at a mechanic is not something I’ve come across — they’re always so… meh (to put it nicely). It’s intimidating being a woman and going to a car shop! I’ve heard so many horror stories about being ripped off or taken advantage of. Carlos was the one who checked out my car, and he was so thorough in going over all the issues I had. He explained what needed to be fixed immediately for my safety and the life of the car, and what could be done later. Unfortunately, my car has too many issues that are out of my budget, so I wasn’t able to move forward with getting it fixed. BUT if I were able to, I would definitely feel comfortable having it done here. I compared pricing to other places online, and their quote was the most competitive and right on point (according to ChatGPT lol!). Thank you guys for making today painless and for providing such a great overall experience! -Abby

  I would not recommend this location. I scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation, not complicated or unexpected. Despite having an appointment, my vehicle wasn’t finished until 1:00 PM. Four hours for basic routine maintenance is completely unreasonable, especially when the work requested was straightforward. Appointments should mean something. If you’re going to schedule customers at specific times, there needs to be some level of efficiency and respect for their time. There was no indication beforehand that it would take that long, and better communication about delays would have at least helped manage expectations. Overall, this was a frustrating experience for what should have been a quick and simple service visit. I recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. CHECK 1 star reviews or filter by “oil” for others with similar experience. So it’s not a one time thing.

  This place is horrible. The last 2 times I brought my vehicle in for tires I had to come back within a week because the tire went flat. Whoever is sealing and installing their tires is doing a poor job. To make matters worse if you bring your car back to them because of their shotty work you will be placed at the back of the line like someone walking in. I believe if I waited 4 hours with an appointment to get a tire replaced and have to bring it back because of their work then I shouldn’t have to wait 4 more hours. I will not be bringing any of my families vehicles here again. Edit…my tire light will not turn off now. All the tires have good air in them. Unfortunately I will have to once again take time to go back to Mavis. I will also try to reach out to the consumer relations group in my reply to see if we can fix this once and for all.
