- LSLessie SDec 29, 20251.0It took me some time to write this review because I wanted to give Mavis the opportunity to correct the issue instead of brushing me off like I didn’t matter. I brought two different vehicles to this location for brake repairs. • My Lexus 2010 ES350 was serviced with no issues. • My Lexus 2007 LS460, however, was a completely different experience. During the repair on my LS460, they broke my brake sensors and only mentioned it when I came to pick up the car. When I asked if the sensors had been replaced, I was first told they believed so, which is completely unacceptable. After more questioning, they then said the sensors were replaced. About 3½ weeks later, my ABS warning light came on, flashing messages across the dashboard saying “Pull over – brake malfunction – take vehicle to dealership.” I returned to Mavis, and they claimed there was no way they could have caused the issue. I asked whether they properly bled the brake system during the repair, and they said yes. However, that makes no sense because my brake pedal was extremely hard to press, which indicates a serious issue. I later found out that my brake actuator and brake booster system were completely destroyed. This place refused to take responsibility, and now my car is severely damaged. I was ripped off, and I will never recommend this location to anyone.
