I was told a regional manager would contact me. I was never contacted. They ended up finding a vehicle the day of. I was appreciative, but it was smaller than expected. The prices to get to a resolution left something to be desired. Not being contacted by a regional manager was extremely frustrating.

After being a loyal customer for years, can’t believe that enterprise would allow customers to reserve vehicles, check in, to then be told “I’m sorry we don’t have vehicles available”. To make matters worse I was dropped off, thinking all was set, and ended up paying for my own uber because no one at enterprise could help get me back home as they normally promote. Soon after, I call corporate and I’m hit with we’ve received your concern but must wait for a callback. Such horrible customer service experience.

On Saturday morning, the day of my reservation, I received a call from the branch informing me that the vehicle I reserved was not available. The only alternative offered was a Nissan Sentra, which is not comparable to the class of vehicle I reserved. Reserving in advance is meant to provide reliability, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Offering a significantly smaller vehicle does not resolve the issue and reflects poor inventory planning and customer service. I was disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this location to customers who rely on Enterprise to honor confirmed reservations.
