Had a battery replaced here and while on the road my car wouldn’t start because whoever replaced the battery didn’t do their job and secure the terminals. Calmly told a grumpy individual named “David” my issue, he was rude and had an attitude the entire time. He asked me “why would I drive around like that?”, well David the better question is why aren’t your employees better trained to do their job? 100% would not recommend visiting this location. Shoutout to the gentleman with the longer hair who actually helped me out and fixed the issue, he’s the only reason I’ll give 2 stars instead on 1. Too bad he has to work with David.

At least the salesperson was courteous. When I asked the manager to look up the specific antifreeze for my car (I already had one in my hand for jeeps - but I wanted to check as mine wants HOAT) this was his cue to snap back that he could but that it was repetitive and only going to tell me the same thing. I can't even imagine how many more minutes I would last at my job if I did that. He really had no customer service skills - just say whatever you feel like spouting off. Apparently the managerial bar when they hire is not too high.
