- TLTwin LifeOct 28, 20251.0I walked in that store at around 8:30 am , on October 28 , the two stuff members behind the counter, had a conversation with each other, the store had no customers at that time , I felt like I had to interrupt their conversation, by asking if they had a Coolant for my BMW , he then looked it up on his computer, as he continued talking to his coworker, I didn’t want to interrupt him but then he showed it what type I needed , I said I have a Coolant in my car but wasn’t sure if that’s the right one , he replied with YOU could have googled it , I then said I also don’t know where exactly to put the Coolant in , he said, I have to go to a BMW car dealer, NO WILLINGNESS TO EVEN SHOW ME WHERE TO PUT THE COOLANT IN , and no service. These two guys were not helpful and not educated enough to know where to put that in . No concerns to customers!
