- CVChristopher VajcovecApr 20, 20265.0I was having a tough day so I decided to get a car wash and detail the interior to take my mind off things for a minute. As I was vacuuming the car, an employee was walking down the side walk. This gentleman greeted me with the biggest smile and genuinely greeted me and asked about my day. He was super kind and friendly which forced me to put my own day in perspective. He had no idea about my day and his smile and friendliness made me realize that maybe my day wasn't so bad. I went into the office to get his name and I was yet again greeted by an extremely kind gentleman. The first man I met is Keshawn Smith and the gentleman in the office is Arnold Mere. Another gentleman approached me as I was washing my floor mats and told me if I wasn't satisfied with the job he would power wash my mats, unfortunately I did not catch his name. My car looks great and my mood has improved immensely. Sometimes life is more less about the task being performed and more about the people that you run into. I have been a monthly member and will continue to do so because of interactions like this. Great job gentlemen, keep up the good work!! 5 stars all day!!!

I hadn’t been to this location before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Alex was sooo helpful! He made it easy to navigate and was so nice. It was nice to see someone visibly enjoying their job! So many people are just so miserable, thanks Alex for a great experience!

Before entering the wash, I specifically asked the attendant if they could scrub my tires a bit, and she indicated that they would. However, the pre-wash service was extremely rushed and poorly done. The employee spent only a couple of seconds on the vehicle and never touched the tires at all before sending me through the wash. For the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough and attentive job. It’s very disappointing to spend $32 and receive what felt like a minimal, careless effort. The lack of attention to detail and overall service quality does not match the premium price being charged. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to return.
