I am not always on this side of the bridge but I happened to be today and found myself needing vehicle assistance. I remember getting oil changes when I lived in Punta Gorda at this Jiffy Lube and knew they were reliable and dependable. They exceeded my expectations today. Thank you so much, Nate & crew. Technician claims he put a Service Champ filter on with his initials and date of installation on it. There is a Purolator filter on my vehicle. This isn't a filter That Jiffy Lube uses. The technician had told me that he put his initials and date of service on the filter.I cannot find it on the filter.
- RWRobert WilsonApr 21, 20261.0This place is a joke. I tried on 5 different occasions to have a brake fluid flush. The first 3 times they were busy. I even called ahead to see if they could fit me in. When I was told come on up we can take you. We I arrived 7 min later they were busy. I called a week later and said I have been there multiple times trying to get a brake fluid flush and asked when is a good time to come. He said now. I jumped in the truck arrived 7 min later only to never be waited on. While waiting in their lobby I saw a person pull in the parking lot and had a technician walk right up to them. Furious at this point I called tire Kingdom across the street. They said come on up. I pulled in tire kingdoms parking lot. I was waited on and in 5 min my truck was being pulled in their shop. Thank you tire kingdom. Jimmy lube you guys need a lot of help Before management replies with the standard response I called on 4 -21 at 1:38 pm my area code is 540. Feel free to listen to my numerous calls. Also this review was written in the lobby of tire Kingdom while my Silverado truck was getting the service that I tried to get from you.
- JMjose martinezApr 18, 20261.0I'm only giving 1 star because I know that this jiffy lube needs help on customer service education and more training, and building their individual confidence, this was my first time at this location, I may use this location to take my work van for service with in the next month or two and see where there at on what I mention then I may do another review and might change stars from 1 to 5 hopefully the owner or Frenchies will look into this to better their service
