  Went for a tire rotation and even though the computer systems were down, Janet & the technician were awesome and got us in and out with no issue. Thank you for the great service. 10/10, would recommend!

  DO NOT GO HERE - THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I had a nail in my rear tire, so I went to Tire Kingdom for a patch - should have been super easy. I've been to this location before and always had a good experience. However, Janet, the assistant manager, informed me that they could not patch my tire because the tread was too worn. She then recommended that I replace all four tires because they were nearly bald. The problem? My car is brand new, less than a year old, and a lease. It only has 13k miles on it! So I took it to my dealership, where they used the tire gauge to show me that my tires were at 8/32", in great condition. They patched it with no problem. So don't go here!! They will assume you're an idiot who doesn't know or can't google the life span of a tire. SHAME ON YOU!

  Every member of the staff was attentive and professional, but I especially want to thank Janet, who went above and beyond to help me get the best price. She was patient and really took the time to guide me through my options. The entire team worked seamlessly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car service needs!

  A pre- scheduled oil change was made which we were told would take about 30 minutes while we wait. After waiting an hour we asked about progress and the customer service rep. Said your red car should be done soon, our car is black and still in the parking lot, the service rep then said your car will be next. 45 minutes later we asked when will you be starting the oil change? They said our car is next. They didnt appear to be swamped but had cycled through multiple customers that came in after us. We're on a schedule, we finally decided to leave without completing the service after being there for two hours. When we asked for keys they brought up the work order and keys for someone else's car. I think they lost us. I'm sure they are generally a good company but as we sat in the waiting area generally alone I felt the customer representative just wasn't paying attention.

  Got a flat tire on a Sunday morning that couldn’t be repaired. Pulled into the shop and they got me fixed up in less than 45 minutes. Janet and Victor were awesome!!! I will be back for my next oil change and for new tires.
