  Stopped in without an appointment for a tire with a slow leak. Met with Jon at the counter, he was very pleasant and took me right in. Within 20 minutes the repair was complete and price was less than he estimated. Great service. This was my first time here but will be back.

  Tire Kingdom is THE place to go for normal services. Sell best tires at very reasonable prices and the entire staff is first rate. You can tell by their attitude that they really like what they do and it shows in the way they treat your car like their own. And they will not try to oversell ever. It’s a gem in Punta Gorda. I’d give six stars if I could.

  Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in yesterday after being told by my local dealer up the street that my car was unsafe to drive and that I needed a front sway bar and links to the tune of $2200.00. The dealer said he could give me a break on the price and bring it down to $1500.00. Immediately took the car to Tire Kingdom and asked them to check it out. The mechanic came back in the office laughing and asked the manager to accompany him back to the shop. They both came back and said that there is nothing wrong with the car. Normal minor wear, but completely safe to drive. On top of that, there was no charge for their taking a look at the car. Guess where I’ll be taking my car for service from now on! I’ve always suspected that the Jeep dealer was upselling or foisting unnecessary repairs on its customers. Now I know.

  Jon was amazing to work with. He really knows how to connect with the customers. I arrived for an oil and filter change and he was honest about how long the wait was going to be. He gave me an option to make an appointment for another day. I chose to wait for my vehicle. The staff work diligently and are all very hard workers. Thank you, guys!

  If I could get the zero stars, I would brought my car in to get brakes, put on pads and rotors to be exact ran into trouble trying to do it myself so I took it into them. Explain to them the problem I was running into technician checked out the vehicle with me showed him the problem said, yeah we’ll take the tire off, diagnose it and we’ll put the new brakes on for you. No problem A week goes by Still don’t have the car back they end up replacing the master cylinder. They tried to replace the brake booster, but couldn’t get the right brake booster seven different Times so they ended up giving up on that put the original back on which works perfectly fine mind you finally after a week in two days I get my car back Drive home brake pedal still has air in it and the rim is extremely hot to the touch which are the two things I brought it in for spent $900 and got exactly nowhere with the vehicle. I will never be back here again. Beware they are very incompetent.
