If my truck length measurements fit their alignment machine they could do it after they measure it at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. I went they measured couldn’t do. It didn’t have staff on duty that knew how to do an alignment on a bigger truck One morning wasted! rescheduled for the following Saturday today, November 22 730 waited 40 minutes for my truck to be brought in 50 minutes later was told boat was blocking the bay for the machine. They couldn’t get a hold of the boat owner to come move to Saturday mornings wasted for me and still no alignment would not recommend this establishment

He was very helpful, honest, and I checked for warranty elsewhere before having JSN put a new tire on. They were also able to fix my trunk’s torsion bars, which I had struggled to put back into place for a considerable amount of time. Excellent service.

I have been having the same complaint about my car for a couple of years and spent a lot of money on other issues the Dealership recommended. My husband mentioned JSN Auto Repair and I called and scheduled a time to bring it in. The problem had been a sputtering when car was idling and the Service Engine Soon light was on. I couldn’t have imagined they would be any more efficient and pleasant. I will be recommending them and going back myself. My car runs great now! Deborah Hancik
