We rented a car from Sixt to pick up at 1 a.m. upon landing, not knowing that they actually close from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. having kids and 2 weeks worth of luggage for my 5 family household, Jose at Alamo helped us get into a car so we didn't have to wait at the airport for 5 hours until Sixt opened back up. He was amazing. I so appreciate you Jose ans Alamo for helping to prevent a horrible start to our vacation. I will ONLY use Alamo moving forward for our rental cars.
