    The young agents working at this place were rude and unprofessional. So much so, that I will never do business with Enterprise again. This branch needs some basic customer service training and/or to hire workers who know how to speak professionally with people. I was extremely frustrated with the fact that they would not rent a car to me with a debit card, despite the fact that I had a local Florida license and numerous supporting documents (cellphone bill, bank statement, lease, etc.). Instead of apologizing for the asinine policy, they made the situation worse. This is not how you do business if you want to retain customers.

    I had problems with the windshield washers on the rental car ! We left Ohio during a snow storm . I called The office we rented it from they said I could stop at any Enterprise and they would give me another car . I told him the car was loaded and I would not stop until I got to my location and unloaded. When I got there I Unloaded Called the Enterprize office locally he said they had no car for me ! So be very careful Renting from them !
