Then on top of that they lied and said they sent an email and tried calling which everyone knows in today’s times you can see everyone that has tried to call you in your phone logs and just acted like it was no big deal to them. Terrible service and didn’t care at all. Now that I have a bad review they asked me to get in contact with them which I did and after explaining their situation they said hopefully it don’t happen to you again once again horrible customer service from Enterprise rental.
