- SDSav Dawson4 days ago2.0Rental car was covered under ins first so that was good, they were weird w the marriage name change. The car had issues on the interstate very shakey, and when filling the gas it almost like spat it back at me? Maybe that’s just how newer cars are. Main issue that took 3 stars, was the ins said ok time to give back rental, we still needed the car while fixing the permanent car. Because the address hadn’t been confirmed or was new or some bs in the ins, they required a credit card with drivers name on it. AND a $300 deposit, to require both is stupid ngl. Either have a deposit or a credit card, defeats the purpose of asking for either by asking for the other. Oh! And this was after speaking on the phone about the process of prolonging the rental. Idk felt shady. Had to take an uber home since no credit card in her name. That wasn’t a very nice situation to be put in. Also kinda weird process that the extension couldn’t be reviewed over the phone and the car had to be brought back to be inspected. My family will just be using Turo from now on. I don’t think it’s that this location is bad. But the company is too much.

Even when they are a bit busy they show great customer service and show they are willing to help you. As soon as you get in there, they help you, they are nice and knowledgeable. - WGWe GotchaOct 17, 20251.0I was denied a vehicle by the heavy young white female who works at this location. She denied my business card and kept saying it was prepaid card. When has a business card, that clearly has "business" etched on it, ever been prepaid. She proceeds to try and get loud. She looks at a customer and states that monday's are the worst. This caused me to miss a very important meeting, delaying me an entire week. I went down to where I used my business card in the past, the Englewood location. I was treated nice there, just like the last time, used the same business card and was in a car in 2-3 minutes.
