  We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Fernando at Tire Kingdom. Our car needed brakes, tires, shocks, and an oil change. Fernando was professional every step of the way. He answered all our questions and he explained what was being done and why. Thanks to him, our car is running better than ever. We truly appreciate his team’s hard work and dedication, and we highly recommend Fernando to anyone looking for honest, top-notch automotive service!

  Lady on the phone was kinda rude when I asked if a tire they list as in stock online was actually in stock. Of course it wasn’t then she smarted off about how my search was going trying to find the tire. I wouldn’t trust this place.

  I called them 11:35 am , I told them you can change 2 tires ASAP because I have appointment 2:00 pm , they just come we make fast for you before 2:00 pm ,then they called me after 5 minutes we did setup appointment for you 12:00 pm ! I said okay I’m coming, so I drove it 30 minutes to get there , when I stopped there I told him my name and my number, and remind them you said you get me out before 2:00 pm , they told me no we can’t today Saturday, we are very busy, so why you told me to come if you can’t make it, he said no I didn’t say that , so they twisted my time and he layered too, don’t trust them anymore

  Went to tire kingdom for the first time, I was helped by Carlos R he truly went above and beyond. He got my car in the shop super fast and had me on the road within 20 minutes, I even got to work on time. Thanks so much to Carlos, if needed I will definitely be back because of his service!

  Dear Tire Kingdom Corporate, I am writing to report a serious safety concern regarding a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder that is part of an Enterprise fleet commuter program. The vehicle was brought to Tire Kingdom for routine maintenance only. It was not scheduled for any tire replacement or rotation. However, after picking up the vehicle, it immediately began driving rough and making noises it had never made before. When the vehicle was later inspected at a dealership, we were informed that all four tires were uneven and had splits, making them unsafe and at risk of blowing out while driving. This issue did not exist before the vehicle was serviced. Because the tires now appear different from the ones originally on the vehicle, this situation raises serious concerns about what may have occurred while the car was in your care. We commute about an hour each day, and this situation could have placed our lives at risk. We respectfully request that this matter be investigated immediately. Sincerely, Tracey P
