  I reserved an 8-seater on the website ahead of time, but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t actually have one available. The employee explained that those vehicles are basically first come, first served, which is frustrating because the whole point of reserving online is to secure what you need. The website made it seem like the vehicle would be there, but that wasn’t the case. This ended up being a waste of time and really inconvenient. I think the reservation system should be more accurate or at least clearly explain how availability actually works.

  It was a very challenging situation but I had a great experience with the staff and I would recommend them again. My only complaint is that they need to work on their logistics. They overbook and didn't have cars available when I arrived. The staff worked really hard to get me a car and I was able to get to work on time thankfully though. If you want to up your chances of getting a vehicle arrive when the doors crack open or you may literally be out of gas.

  I used to love this place i usually get a car from here every week last 3 times especially today horrible every time I book a vehicle that I want, it's never there.Don't understand why I don't get a call stating that they're not available before i get there.I wait in line for twenty minutes only.Have one person behind the cashier's desk to check people in but got two other people standing behind the cashier, watching his every move when it's my time to check in, they tell me, oh, it's gonna be another forty five minutes before we get any vehicle for you like why didn't you guys call me?You guys got all these people here, just sitting down on computers.What are you guys doing

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had a confirmed reservation booked a week in advance, only to be called 30 minutes before pickup and told my vehicle was no longer available. No real solution was offered, just told to try other locations on my own. This was for a birthday trip (hotel, park tickets, and a show already paid for), and because of this failure, we ended up paying double parking at the park & resort, double gas, and still arrived late to our pre-plan activities. Even more frustrating there were vehicles on site that could have worked, but we were told they were unavailable (oil change, reserved, recall). The alternatives offered either didn’t fit my party (smaller suvs- after continuously reiterating we had 5 people, 2 car seats, & luggage) or were not financially reasonable (sprinter van that requires diesel fuel). The Assistant Manager Mike was also unprofessional and dismissive, even stating in front of us that he didn’t know why we were still there. I contacted corporate three times while at the location and was promised callbacks and escalation none of which happened. A confirmed reservation should mean something. Customers should not be left stranded, especially during a peak travel week without solutions, no accountability, and no follow-up. Enterprise needs to take this seriously and make this right.

  Waited over 2 hrs to get our rental car. No one moved with purpose. No sense of urgency when there is 20 people waiting. Absolutely never seen anything like it and I’ve rented cars everywhere. The guy said it’s like this every weekend, if it’s this busy then have more then one person checking people in and more people taking you to your vehicle. In all seriousness… the manager needs to hire more people. Customers time is important and they should be appalled people r waiting this long. I’ll never pick up here again…. I cannot understand the lack of urgency with these employees. Just casually walking around like there ain’t 20 people waiting. Employees were kind I will say that. My reply, there is nothing to talk directly about. Hire more people! The one employee even said he’s brought up the concern. Having one person checking people in or absurd, hire more people. That solves your problem.
