Accidentally jumped too soon and got installed before my license was eligible to be retained to drive again. Why does this program not corelate with the DMV to educate us on eligibility of usage? Intoxalock nor installer are not transparent enough to inform you about the device, at least until they can milk you of more of your monies. Took first calibration to be informed the device components will drain vehicle battery dead. Things that'd be helpful to the customer in advance. Not very good about communication, Would recommend other ignition interlock providers. Was afraid the initial installer would've damaged my vehicle dash more than they already have. Current installer/calibrater is kind and knowledgeable.. ..though the relaying of msgs for calibration would've been appreciated. I am paying for the services after all. I understand the punishment of funds and overall discomfort for my mistakes. Fake cheer customer service isn't an excuse to make a customer to feel trapped and defeated. Have a blessed day.
