  So far my biggest gripe is not being able to get ahold of anyone all morning. If my rental is up at 11am and I can’t get ahold of anyone, I hope they don’t penalize me for that. Several attempts to call over hours and no response or to be told to call back anyway. Not really convenient.

  Location would rather over sell their vehicles and make you wait for a return which in my case I had to wait over 45min in counting for. Just to avoid giving you a free upgrade to an available vehicle.

  This branch of the Enterprise rental car located on Bayshore drive is absolutely terrible! the staff is incredibly rude including the branch managers, their customer service is awful, when asked about charges or what you're billed for the staff becomes argumentative and quick to cancel contract. Cars are very dirty and service does not match the advertisement.The staff does not help to resolve issues with customers effectively. Management are quick to flex their authority, instead of resolving issues with paying customers. Very unprofessional, this specific branch price gouges. In my opinion they deserve a zero for customer service. I am new to the area and I would never recommend this branch of enterprise

  Experience from the moment I received this car this car was not clean when I got this car. You guys gave me a car that had a bad battery issue. The stereo does not work many of the time the stereo chips in and out then this car locked the keys inside of the car and it’s supposed to be a 2025 car within a minute it locked itself even when I have the keys in my hand and I’m trying to get out the car before I could even get out the car to get my child this car locks my kid in the car with my kid inside still The Customer Service is deplorable. The people upfront. Do not have good customer service. I spoke to somebody that says their name is Bob, which I highly doubt their name is Bob the people on the phone are terrible. The fact that I had all these issues and no one had to courtesy to even try to rectify the prize or try to do anything to Comp for the terrible experience that I’ve had into my surprise. This Office thinks it’s OK to charge somebody’s card basically 500+ dollars all at once and not even knowing what’s in somebody’s account and when I first came and got the car, you guys said that I’m only having to put my card on file as a form of a down payment And you wouldn’t charge my card but yet you lied and then you’re gonna talk about when you call that you sign XYZ knowing that you tell us to sign this the signature pad and you can’t see what you’re signing so that’s a form of deception and I want to warn people that you guys are very deceptive. I wanna also warn people that this is not my first issue with enterprise in your vehicle you guys have given several times vehicles that do not drive vehicles that have issues and it’s absurd that you give people unsafe vehicles when people are coming to you to get vehicles most time because they had car accidents so the nerve of you And the nerve that I called you guys this morning because yesterday I took the time to call you because I saw the unauthorized charges on my card and I wanted to talk about them. I was told nobody could help me the individual Bob told me that there’s nothing he could do because he can’t deal with those type of things call back to speak to a manager, but he doesn’t know when a manager will be available because he doesn’t know people schedule. I called back this morning. I was placed on hold. How long when this rude so-called manager finally gets on the phone has no care in the world that you guys overcharge my card very rude in the first place very disrespectful and just not like a manager at all lack of professionalism and didn’t even tell me that they’re gonna hang up on me or place me on hold just come off the phone and just leave me there without any type of solution any type of rectification When I’m calling to try to give another form of payment because I’m not authorizing you to charge that card that card is no longer there but because you want to be a jerk you hang up or place me on hole well I want you to know I added that to my corporate complaint against you and I’m very Disappointed that that’s how you treat people who are victim. I’m in a rental because somebody crashed into me and my three year-old child you should treat people respect people are already going through crap that’s why they’re in rentals. The last thing that they need is bull crap from you Shame on you. Maybe you should take some training from the other manager, Christina because she at least did something right she helped me and I was also trying to call to get a breakdown of my bill to see how you came about the charges because I am old explanation but you couldn’t do that. Could you you are very disrespectful and I have the whole encounter and I have a witness because I wasn’t by myself, and you should be ashamed of yourself enterprise for hiring people who can’t do their job for hiring people who are disrespectful and unprofessional, and who lack empathy.. : Things are still not resolved ! Christina I assumed you resolved everything ! You guys are still trying to claim over300 from me when for 1 u got 150 & 800 credit !
