  Let’s just start off with the customer service (Horrible).I rented a Ford Expedition December 18-28. I rented this vehicle because I wanted to drive a safe vehicle on my road trip. Well I got the exact opposite! On my way to Tennessee I got pulled over on my son‘s wedding day because all of the rear lights on the vehicle were inoperative. No turning signals and no brake lights . I had all three of my grandchildren in this vehicle. It is Enterprises responsibility to do a full safety inspection of the vehicle before it is released to their customers. So I called the enterprise that I rented it from and they told me to call Enterprises in the area to see if I could swap it out . When I checked the other Enterprises they were all booked out because it was Christmas time. So I called back to the enterprise that I rented it from and the man on the phone was rude and offered no assistance to resolve the issue. The officer gave us a warning and told us we needed to have it fixed as soon as possible. The officer also noticed that all four tires were at the wear bar and were almost bald. So when we returned the vehicle back to enterprise I was told I was going to be refunded half of the $1900. I have yet to still receive that money. Every time I call the enterprise that I rented the vehicle from, I am getting the runaround and not being taken care of as a customer. I would like to speak with someone from corporate regarding this issue.

  This Enterprise location is a complete joke. I reserved a large SUV months in advance and called multiple times to confirm availability. I was repeatedly told to call closer to the date. I called Monday for a Friday pickup, then again Thursday, and was assured they had large SUVs and that I’d be fine. Friday morning I show up — no large SUV. To make it worse, I walk in and am greeted by an employee eating a plate of food while holding the door open. No professionalism, no apology, no accountability. What’s the point of a reservation if Enterprise can’t honor it? This wasted my time and nearly ruined a family trip. Absolute incompetence. Never renting from Enterprise again

  I hate having to come to this location. Just recently I was forced to come here due to the location I chose didnt have the vehicle I requested. Which they didnt call me until the day of to inform me id have to travel to the opposite side of town for a rental. Then they gave me a dirty rental.

  This location is so nice!!! new , good and clean cars !! But the Specially Thank you so much for Nick hes wonderful and respectful agent!! I was little be late for returning and he didn’t charge me anything!! Also The car bumps doesn’t working and he apologized and took 1 day of rent !! Really happy with enterprise service , That’s why I always choose them for rent car !!

  Thank you to the entire staff for making the rental experience a great one. I highly recommend renting the Chrysler Pacifica, it is an incredibly comfortable travel vehicle and excellent on gas. A special thank you to the beautiful young lady, Ms. Christina. She truly represents the definition of outstanding hospitality. Merry Christmas to all, and thank you again!
