    Summary: We had car issues but Enterprise made it right in the end, hence 4 stars. Details: Reserved an Equinox a week prior to pick-up. Ended up with a VW Taos which was equivalent, but wanted the Equinox since we own one and wanted familiarity. Minor issue and it ended up not being as issue (0 Stars added/deducted - neutral concern) During vehicle check out, we found several scratches and a chipped windshield that was not previously noted. Be sure to follow your Enterprise Representative around the car, look at everything and take pics/videos yourself. Our rep was quite helpful and added the additional discrepancies. 0 Stars either way (several unrecorded damage items, but rep corrected it in real time). About 50 miles into our interstate trip, had the Check Engine and the EPC (Engine Power Control) lights come on which limited engine rpms to 3000 (not enough to upshift under load), and lost all drivability enhancement features. The car did get us from point A to B, but was compromised. 2 Star review at this point. When returning the car, Vanesia at the Port St. Lucie Bayshore location noted all of the above and asked what would make it right since we had car issues. I proposed a reasonable invoice adjustment and Vanesia immediately approved the request. 2 Star added for a total of 4 Stars.

    I’ve been extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise. I was severely overcharged on my rental and have spent nearly a month trying to get the issue resolved. Despite calling the corporate customer service line multiple times, I keep getting told that the area manager has been notified and will be reaching out. Unfortunately, no one has contacted me, not a single call, email, or update. It’s frustrating to feel ignored after being overcharged, and it’s disappointing that such a large company can’t follow through on basic customer service. I’ve always trusted Enterprise in the past, but this experience has made me question whether I can rely on them in the future. I hope someone finally sees this and takes action to correct the issue.

    I was very impressed with the agent who helped me.. i called in advanced to check if the van was available. But upon arriving there was none on the lot.. the agent was more then helpful in finding me a replacement for the same price.. i had a bad situation with the wpb office not find other accommodations for me. So i traveled to psl. I will probably do business here in the future.

    Kevin Lee and Stelios Dalmaras were fast and professional. Just remember these people are very busy. Most of the time. You have to absolutely film and or take pictures while walking around with them with your new rental. Note everything always. Then get your insurance before you sign off. Not doing this could easily get things missed. Otherwise these guys really were on the ball. I'll be back for sure. Thank you.

    Enterprise is a big reputable company so this experience is not appreciated and certainly not acceptable. I booked a 8am appointment, I waited a few minutes for the computer to start 3-5minutes no biggie however where my time was not taken in consideration is when I see the rental I booked getting driven away. Apparently it needed to be washed and cleaned. I beg your pardon? So now im sitting in the lobby waiting. Meanwhile I have places to be. 😒😒😒😒😒. I've never had this experience with any rental before. Why would u accept the booking and not have the vehicle ready? Ps: Business people book rentals that early in the a.m for a specific reason. Not having the vehicle ready is extremely unprofessional.
