The workers have a lot of patience. I came in today, and they had a line that reached the door. It seems that they are understaffed at this location.
The employees did an excellent job today. They handled the (sometimes disgruntled) customers very efficiently and patiently. Some customers came in, cranky about their orders, but the employees were patient and graceful in assisting.
I was attended by Nicholas, and he and his coworker Shane were attentive and responsive the entire time. I needed spark plugs today, and after a short wait in line, I was able to walk out, satisfied.
I can't give five stars though, because during peak business hours, there were only two employees who were able to assist customers. They need help to manage the amount of customers. I hope to see this problem addressed.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up, when I got there there were only 3 customers in the store. The employee went to install wiper blades for the customer, while he was doing so nobody else came to the counter. I waited 10 minutes and had 3 different employee's come out, look at me, and walk away to do whatever they were doing. No checking if I had been helped or even acknowledging I was there. Only when more customers started lining up at the main counter did anyone else come out to help. The single employee that was running the counter and assisting another customer with wiper blades had returned as someone else made their way to the counter to assist. I have no problem waiting, but blatantly ignoring customers is ridiculous. When I was assisted the man who checked me out was apologetic, but it was the principal that 3 employees saw me and walked away. A 30 second pickup turned into a 12 minute eye opening experience about this location. All other locations in my area have been great. 2 stars because they actually had the parts ready and they were correct. 01/11/2026
