  Scratched my rim here at night time in an unlit area when exiting after vacuuming. Raised sidewalk that scratched the entire rim. Filed a report, came back in to have "manager" Clara have a hands-off nonchalant attitude of completely brushing it it off. Didn't offer anything besides "we don't deal with that". Disappointing behavior. Mediocre car wash experience too. Monster car wash is better.

  Got the Platinum wash and it still leaves your vehicle very dirty. The person spraying bug wash before you drive into the car wash didnt spray any bug spray. When I asked the manager Cora about that, she stated that they only spray the cars that have a lot of bugs. I just came back from a road trip and had lots of bugs on my windshield, front bumper and grill... The first vacuum I tried to use was clogged and had little suction so I moved to another one, and same deal... clogged and no suction. They dont maintain their vacuums well, the machines will leave your car dirty, and the staff does not care about their customers at all. I initially came in for a membership and then went into the office to cancel, after the bad first time experience. I paid $35.30 for the Platinum membership and the manager was able to give me a refund receipt for $20. She said that was all her system could show but assured me I would be refunded. She gave me a customer service number. When I called, the representative told me there was no refund showing on their side at all. Only the cancelation could be seen on the customer service side. The rep recommended that I use the membership anyways for the next month since I was already billed for it. (No, thank you) I asked for it to be escalated, then I was able to get a full refund after about 20 minutes on the phone.

  I would have given you you a 5 star due to the excellent team of personnel you have. I truly enjoy the service. Paul, Jacob, Joseph, and the team. Thanks. A few comments: no restroom service at Port Saint Lucie Blvd location. The manager made a nice exception since my mom is handicapped and needed a rest room. Thx. But it is a turn down if you need to even wash your hands. Also, there is no place to broom the carpets and no cafeteria to have a drink or a coffee. I would like to offer a solution to this matters in a prompt and inexpensive way if you contact me Cordially J Carlos
