We had a small nick from a grocery cart. He was very gracious and helpful. Our car was only a few weeks old. We were so upset when we found the spot but Gary took care of it for us. His workmanship was perfection. We didn’t have to wait weeks. He did it right away and never charged anything for the repairs.

My vehicle was involved in an accident and was taken to Gerber Collision for repairs. While it was being serviced, they fixed some of the damage, but not all of it. When I came to pick it up, they had called me to inform me that it was complete. However, I didn’t make it out of the parking lot before a charging system issue light came on my dashboard. This indicates that the vehicle wasn’t thoroughly tested or driven to ensure the quality of their workmanship. They allowed the car battery to drain while it was being serviced and sent it to Tires Plus for inspection because I had only replaced the battery two months prior. Tires Plus replaced the battery under their warranty, but the issue persisted. They eventually determined that the alternator had failed either due to the accident or while the vehicle was being serviced, and the battery was depleted. During an argument with the Gerber representative, they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and didn’t attempt to fix the problem. As a result, the vehicle is in worse condition than before the accident.
