  I reserved the minivan on March 29th to pick up today April 10th at 10:00 a.m. I took an Uber to the get the vehicle. When I got there I had to wait in line at least 20 minutes for them to tell me we don't have your van not only do we not have your van we have no vehicle for you sorry too bad will call you an Uber and you can go back home this is the most unprofessional horrible experience I've ever had with any company in my entire life I reserved this van for a weekend getaway in Tampa and I still can't get a manager to call me I've been waiting over 4 and 1/2 hours for someone to call me back and they're telling me they can't cancel the reservation so I'm waiting and I don't know how I'm going to get my 25,000 travel miles back to my credit card and I have to make other arrangements for another vehicle don't ever do business with Enterprise they screwed me over I even called on Wednesday to make sure that everything was good and my reservation was good and they had my vehicle and they won't even reimburse me the $15 I spent on the Uber to get there!!!

  I didn't get her name but the young lady helping me was fantastic. She re-wrote and extended my one month contract in less than 10 minutes. I wish our hometown enterprise was this helpful. The Champaign IL local agency gets a one star and needs new management.

  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise after experiencing a total loss accident and needing transportation while my insurance claim was being handled. Initially, my insurance company approved the rental for seven days. During that time, I paid to add an additional driver for a few of those days. Later, the insurance company extended the rental for an additional three days. The representative clearly told me that if I needed the additional driver during those extra days, I would need to call and add them. Since the other driver had their own transportation and was not driving the car during the extension, I did not call to add them for those extra days. When I returned the vehicle, I was told everything looked good and that I would receive my $50 deposit back. However, I only received $17. When I called to ask why, I was told that they had added the additional driver for the extra days and charged my deposit for it. This was done without my authorization. I specifically did not call to extend the additional driver because he was not driving the vehicle and had his own transportation. I requested the full $50 refund that I was told I would receive. The representative said she would need to speak with her supervisor because the ticket was closed, but I never received a callback and the issue was never resolved. Essentially, I was charged for something I did not authorize and never used. Be cautious and double-check your charges with Enterprise, because even when you follow the instructions given to you, you may still end up paying for services you didn’t approve.
