  We booked an early morning slot for engine oil change and transmission fluid change. We were quoted $250 total for these services. When my wife arrived, they then informed her that they do not do transmission fluid changes. Even though we were quoted a price and set up for the service. With this as our first experience with this company we decided to just take our keys and go somewhere else. We did not get any work done here as I didn't trust them to do work on my vehicle when they were not even sure what services they could and could not provide.

  Great Service! From the mechanic who tried to put air in my tire and told me my tire was bad to the young lady at the front desk, the manager, and the mechanics that remove the tire and put my spare tire on the service was great. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom.

  I have had my car serviced at this location multiple times and have had excellent service every time. They were knowledgeable and efficient, especially Tim. Will definitely bring my car back here when needed.

  I have visited this location twice so far and each time has been a better experience from the previous visit. My son was given a vehicle, the back brakes were horrible and was in need of repair, a mechanic named Alex was professional, courteous, kind beyond words can ever describe. He literally took the time to explain and show us every detail of what was needed . A few days ago I decided to bring one of our other vehicles in that has just been sitting on our driveway for months. I had specifically asked for Alex, and once again he took the time to look into it and in a matter of 20 minutes was able to tell me what was needed and fixed it immediately. What makes him different is he really cares for those he helps, not only does he say it but you can see it in the way he works. I know it sounds cliché but he is truly a great man and mechanic! My husband and I thank you tremendously for your professionalism and kindness.
