- CMChristine MarieJan 25, 20265.0Helpful customer service agent sent a driver to pick me up from the collision shop and brought me back to Enterprise where they were able to provide me with a rental that was comparable to my vehicle that was being repaired. This was important because I needed a crew cab full size truck for work. All of the arrangements were taken care of going through insurance and they made it easy. One the collision center called to say my truck was ready, Enterprise arranged with them to pick up the rental for me there so I didn’t have to worry about going back to their office. Once they received the rental back, they called me to close out everything by phone. Definitely made it more convenient for me and my busy schedule.
