  I know people only put good reviews or don’t put any. I had a very nice visit when I went in and purchased my brake pads. I was supposed to receive them the next day as the man said if I paid 8$ more it would ship the next day. Well I called the store to see if the parts came in and was very rudely spoken to and told me they can’t even find my order. I gave all the info on the receipt and I asked to speak to a manager he stated he was. When I asked his name he said it was none of my business, I then asked for customer service number and he said google it. Who would want someone helping customers like this and saying they are a manager when I called back he stated thanks for calling this is Eric weather that was his name he should not be working in any customer service job. After speaking to customer service his name is Mike terrible customer service and needs to go back to school for training

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Michael. He actually stayed after his shift just to help me install my headlights, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. That level of customer service is rare. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing the bare minimum. If you go to this location, definitely ask for Michael if you want great customer service- he went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thank you again!

  Went in today to grab a headlight and reverse bulb for my mom’s car and Kirk was awesome with helping her out. Next time your there ask for Kirk!

  Great customer service. Found want I needed. I came in and Don Thomas quickly got to help me with what I was needing for my car. Don installed it for me also which I greatly appreciated and gave me further information to what needed to be done next if it was something else. He was knowledgeable, friendly and expressed great interest in his work. Thank you Don!
