    Fantastic Honda dealership! The General Sales Manager, Alex Morris, and our sales professional, James Cloud, made this process extremely easy and pain-free! Our business manager, Chris, was super nice and efficient with our paper work. We got a better deal than any of the other Honda's within an hour radius ON THE FIRST TRY. No games, just fantastic customer service and incredible deals. If you're looking for a transparent process on a great deal from good people then look no further than Honda of Port Richey. Ask for Alex Morris & James Cloud, they'll take care of you!

    Had a great experience buying my truck here. Hunter, my sales rep, was super kind and genuinely just wanted to help—not push a sale. He made the whole process feel easy and low pressure. Eli in finance was also great and made everything smooth and straightforward. He was so patient explaining things that I questioned and even let my son “help” sign everything with the electric pen. I felt like I was tended not, not treated like a number. I happened to be there on a record-breaking night for them, and it was really impressive to see. The camaraderie across the team was amazing—they truly operate like a well-oiled family. Very cool to watch it all go down. Overall, a really solid team. Highly recommend.

    Have been coming to this dealership a little over 10 years now. I've seen staff come and go over the years. From managers to car techs, I've made good friends along the way. A few days ago I had an unpleasant experience, (will not mention the individual) who soured a great deal made by Mike, one of the managers. Mr. Alex Guyster(sales rep), came in on his off day to help make this deal happen. I appreciate him very much. Not honoring the original agreement, the person who soured the deal added unnecessary hardship to the terms, that would've ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in the end. Today 3-30-26, I walked in and asked to speak to Mike. However it was too early and his shift hadn't started. My intentions were to bring this to his attention and have him make it right. I was then referred to another manager, David Pichardo. This man made things so right, that I will continue my business at Ocean Honda for many years to come. David is the epitamy of excellence. He was attentive, understanding and non judgemental. He understood my disatisfaction and agreed to make it right. No BS, no run around, no excuses, David took care of the situation instantly. Ocean honda needs more jewels like this guy. Hands down, my new go to guy will be David Pichardo. Love my new 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid.

    I was looking to trade in my 2025 Honda Accord EXL with under 3000 miles. I am moving back north and wanted an all-wheel-drive hybrid SUV. The CRV was exactly what I was looking for. James Cloud made it so easy for me. I couldn’t resist. I myself had been in the car business for over 15 years and wanted to do everything over the phone as far as negotiating and tying down the car. James did just that for me with me with no hesitation and Quick response and an easy result. I asked if they were dog friendly he said absolutely. I had my two golden retrievers with me and they made them feel super comfortable too and that’s almost more important to me. When I got to the finance office, there was no pressure I met Mo Ibrahim. He was awesome very explanatory, not pushy explained as opposed to sold product to me in the business office. Most places everything goes great and then you get to the business office not here. The business office was a pleasure. Mo was awesome if you’re looking for a new or preowned vehicle I highly recommend Honda Of Port Richey and make sure you ask for James Cloud for your sales person and Mo Ibrahim and you will have a wonderful experience in the car buying purchase. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

    I had a car accident and had to have a shoulder replacement. After 3 months I went to Honda to buy a car. I previously bought a car through Ocean and had a wonderful experience. I walked into Port Richey I met the head of sales Alex Morris. I told him I had gotten this coupon and it would go towards my new car. he said, " We send these coupons out just to get your business so you will buy a car from us". Something was wrong with the atmosphere in the building. I should have walked out when the manager told me that he sends the coupons out just so he could make a sale. I was in so much pain from my injury and needed a car so I stayed. Alex Morris gave me to a sales man named Pete. Pete invited me to drive the SUV HR-V. I did. We went back to Pete's desk and I told him I could not see the road well. He assured me that the seat will rise up so I will be able to see the road. I bought the car. When I first drove the car, I raised the seat as far as it would go. I still could not see the road. So I bought a Honda pillow seat. I could see but not get into my car with my limitations one was the right shoulder replacement. I had to lift myself with the bad shoulder to get into the car. Then the pillow slide all around. My shoulder hurt so badly. I went to see Alex Morris to ask him if I could have a fair trade since I could not drive the car with this disability. He told me the next SUV would allow me to see but, it would cost a lot more. He told me he would not switch cars and after a few words he said something on the lines of "I am through with you and walked off. It is apparently that all Alex was interested in is the money not for a 74 yr old retired teacher that was disabled at the time of the purchased. He had no empathy or professionalism to do the right thing. The owners say that we would have a convenient ,. professional and car buying experience.
