This was my first time i had my Ford Pickup truck serviced at my home, the service tech. was running a few minutes late he called and advised me of his ETA . When he arrived Xander started on my oil change and also completed my open Recalls. He was Very Polite and friendly. After my software update was done he saw my TPM sensors needed to be relearned , he corrected it and set my correct air pressure in my tires. Very Happy with the mobile service, will be using this again.

It was difficult to keep up with all the paper work, not asking the right questions for me to inform information that I had a mortgage company I needed to use, and the inability to correct the mistake within 30 minutes or less. The use of a mortgage lender was not mentioned, or giving me the opportunity to give my only choice of the loan. Very upsetting to me. I had to pay off the GTE loan (which I was not informed about, ever!) Right now, I have not yet heard anything from anyone. I will need a Title for the car! I also had to ask for the Owner Manuals so I could manage all the updates that the car had. Keith McCausland had a User Manual sent to me so I could catch up to all the new things on the 2023 Nissan . He also was able to get a "second key" for me, as the other key in the envelope was not for this car! I am still not sure about the car purchase, it was not very smooth! I do hope to get a better knowledge of all those updates and the ability to feel comfortable behind the wheel of this car. Carolyn Fesh

You have to leave me a review. I just bought my car in September. I came in to do an oil change and a recall on my car. My appointment was for 10 A.m. I sat there until 1230 and finally at 1 o’clock after I left they just sent me the message that they were starting the inspection on my car. At 4 o’clock, they messaged me and said that my car was done and I had to look on the inspection report to see that my rear shocks were already bad. I had to request a phone call for someone to tell me that they weren’t able to do the recall because my USB port was already bad and they needed to order parts for my roof shocks so the only thing they did in that whole time was my oil change. They said they would call me a week later to schedule an appointment once the parts came in but now it’s been a month and I’ve heard Nothing. My rear shocks are still bad never got my recall fixed and I can’t charge my phone in my car

This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Ford of Port Richey in the last 3 months. We bought a Mustang GT in January and just purchased an F-150, and both experiences were amazing. We have a son who is chronically ill and on life support, so getting out to a dealership isn’t always easy for our family. They were one of the few dealerships willing to truly work with our situation and allowed us to complete most of the buying process from home. We worked with Dominick both times, and he made sure we received the same level of service and attention as if we were sitting right in the showroom. He was responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for us. Overall, everyone we dealt with was professional, understanding, and easy to work with. We definitely recommend Ford of Port Richey and will continue doing business with them.

First experience with Port Richey Ford and probably my last. Came in with my eye on a new Bronco but was advised there was a stop sale on all 25/26 models. Worked with Hayden to test drive a 2024 Bronco Big Bend with the Sasquatch package. Was pleasantly surprised at the power the I4 engine produced so I decided to look into a deal. Vehicle was listed at 44K and ballooned up to 62K which is highway robbery. I'm not sure what fluff was added to this purchase but I can't in good faith give a good review with how badly I came out of that deal. On top of the nearly 20k markup there's other issues. We noticed the passenger rear window was going over the seal leaving a decent gap. When they sold the Bronco they only gave me one key. Was told someone took the other key home for some reason but they would get it to me at some point. Was told the very next day the sales rep shouldn't have sold the truck due to an open ticket to replace the hard top and they needed it back that day to replace. I went out of my way to pickup my son and head home from Largo to New Port Richey so they could come pickup the Bronco from me. After talking with the shop tech he advised he was the one that had the other key. I said great can you make sure to bring that key when you pickup the Bronco so I don't need to give up my only other key. They arrived with a loaner vehicle with you guessed it no key for my Bronco. Gave the guy my other key and off he went. Next day comes and was advised they can replace the hard top but can't do the front window tint due to their tint guy calling out sick. Ok no problem keep the truck another day so you can knock out the tint. Now we're onto the third day of them having my Bronco. Tint is completed and they finally drop off the truck. I get home and inspect the truck. The seals look cracked already near the windows after being only a 2 year model. I checked the tint that was just done and I already see bubbles on both the driver and passenger windows. Now I've got to go back to the dealer to have them retint those windows. They did fix the issue with the rear passenger window which is one plus out of this. So far this experience has been terrible and I can't recommend Port Richey Ford.
