    I came to advanced just because I needed a new battery. I was getting ready to pay for my battery. Mason not only was amazing in helping me find the battery but putting it in let me know “I was under warranty !” and he just saved me a couple hundred dollars !! I had no idea that I was still under warranty and was literally Debit card in hand ready to pay !! THAT is true Salesmanship and caring about his customers…and this is why I come back to advance auto parts. Thank you Mason. You are a lifesaver.

    The dude checking me out hit his vape cartridge 2-3 times in the process of checking me out, it was only maybe 2 minutes. I just thought that was pretty unnecessary, to smoke at all while you're cashing me out but 3 times in about 2 minutes, what a time to be alive! ...And I wasn't stressing him out. He didn't even have to find a part for me, just ring up my 1 item, take my money. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

    Evan, wasn't very helpful to replace my windshield wipers blades I brought them back on may 30th. On Fri I went back to getting replace. To me he didn't want to do it. ( it's was hot). He took his key to take my blade off my windshield at this point, I was getting frustrated and upeset with him, he easy could scratched my windshield with his key. If he did I would had to replace my windshield with my own money. The windshield i have is new. He also didn't believe me when I told him i had some lines still. he told me, I don't see the them , so i pointed them out to him . He just stood there; he acted like i was lying to him. Val, went beyond helpful to see what was going on. He exchanged my blades for me. He did see the lines that I told Evan in the first place. So I wasn't lying. Val, needs to be Manger or assistant. After Val replace my blades I went home happy. Val, all 10's.

    Val was very helpful and patient with me . I had get blades. He was acknowledged. He should be assisting manager or the manager. I notice some of his coworkers was standing around doing nothing when they had customers inside the store.

    You should hire more like Val. He took the time to help with my windshield wipers blades, then his co worork did. Eric didn't go check what wipers I needed on my suv except on the computer. Eric told me what wipers i needed which i didn't want though wipers blades he was going to sell me . Val was very helpful he showed me what wipers blades i needed and took time to take my old blades and put a new one on instead of Eric I also had asb light on Eric scan it well, he messed up my whole computer system in my suv I was very upeset and livid. next day I had go to hyundai to reset my computer system. If I could do another review I would give Eric 0ne stars. Val all five stars. Val needs to be a manager or assistant manager, because he knows what he is doing like some people who work there. I Notice people when they don’t do there job. Val is running around helping customers while you have some employees stand there not helping customer(s). I just calling it out.
