- CTChrissy Tabor2 days ago1.0I scheduled a tire rotation for 1 o’clock. I called the store to let them know. I was running three minutes late. I showed up after speaking to Mike, who knew I was on my way when I got to the shop because I spoke to him on the phone. There were no other cars in the parking lot as well as no one at the front desk however, there were two men in the service port who saw me pull in. I stood in the lobby for at least 10 minutes with the men seeing me, making eye contact and no one bothered to come speak to me. I turned around, walked out and they did not care. They just let me walk away without trying to make things right. I don’t understand how a business can run when customers are ignored.

- CJChris Jones3 days ago1.0Got mad at a customer for parking in a non parking area and backed my truck up going about 20 mph coming close to hitting ladys suv to freak her out..... Do that with your vehicle and pretty ignorant of store mngr to have your back if my truck got messed up when I sued Mavis they would've fired both of you😉be careful with shift that ain't yours

Went back and was told the tire was put on the wrong side and they could give me a new tire at a discounted price which was more than the previous tire.

These guys got me in and out within an hour, even put my spare and jack all back where it’s supposed to be. Mike is so nice and really hospitable. The whole team is great! 10/10 thanks guys!
