    I’ve been doing business with Tire Choice for years and always had great service! However, after my first and last visit today at the Port Charlotte location, I will no longer give them my hard earned money.

    Excellent, Efficient and speedy service. I drive a Large vehicle that has unusually sized tires and need it all four of them replaced because they were old and signed a crack. It’s my only vehicle and I was trying to get nervous driving it so I wanted service as soon as possible and was able to get tires for my vehicle there that day and put on my truck within an hour. So the time for my service was all done in one day pricing contacting them, scheduling an appointment and then getting the tires to the shop and on my truck all within one day. They’re affordable, And the service was excellent. Ethen was so respectful, insightful friendly. He was able to get the perfect tire brand, type and size for my budget and my needs. Also for all those ladies out there worried about being treated disrespectfully and being taken advantage of, Ethan wasn’t that way and very respectful and didn’t try to take advantage of me because of my gender and age. Highly recommend them. The amount time it takes for your service might be different than mine experience mainly because the day I went it wasn’t very busy so it took hardly any time at all. Nearly hassle free. 4/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. They caused damage to our family vehicle and lied about putting in new valve stems. Charged me for repairs they didn't make. Damaged my vehicle while they were working on it. Absolutely terrible service. If you care about your car don't go here they don't care at all about anything other than gossip behind the counter rather than working.

    I had used this store before and was happy with the service. This time I was disappointed. My wheel was scratched from the machine when my tire was replaced. After my first post, they sent me a service number to call. After being on hold for sometime, I opt for a call back. No return call, so I called again the next day. The woman I tried to speak to didn't understand English and didn't know why I was calling, then hung up on me. Done
