- RPRobert PetritesMar 3, 20261.0This is not for the young guys that work at this location this is for the corporate clowns and all of the district managers and people who let the guys work under the cars with the rollaround oil drain pans that weigh 300 to 500 lbs with the beams rusted away and painted over. Thank you for your safety concerns while corporate is sitting down and looking at numbers and how many up sells they can get not about safety or proper equipment to make sure these guys don't get hurt or killed this franchise company is a shame to the way a jiffy lube used to be and they own a bunch. lack of training not fixing broken equipment and selling customers things that the manufacturer of your car doesn't recommend while the people who are making good money are ignoring major safety issues and the guys working at the shop are the victims

Korben politely answered my questions about products, services and costs, so I knew exactly where I stood and how far my budget would go. He didn't try to upsell me, but his honesty about the strength of my battery means I will return to this Jiffy Lube for a replacement. I know he's right because the battery's old! I'd also like to add that Korben's friendly professionalism reminded me of the high customer service standards back in the day. What a breath of fresh air. He's a gem Jiffy Lube. You'd be wise to hang on to him. Went back for my new battery and was impressed again by the friendly, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service I received from Ryan, the General Manager. Ryan went out of his way to ensure that my new battery was working properly and the cables were corrosion free. What a great team! This location is definitely my new go-to Jiffy Lube.
