Two hours later they call and say they cannot work on car because the inside was too dirty. There was books, toys, and a diaper in there. They removed the diaper (we know because we looked for it). I set up my whole day and they refused to do their job because of a pee'd in diaper. What were they doing for two hours, you may ask yourself? Me too. Then I called customer service and they refused to reimburse me for what I had to pay to set up an appointment. And then tried to charge me 80 for the appointment. Do not spend your hard earned money here.
