  Im so happy to have gone back and give it another try! This was a fantastic experience. David handled the drop whole Andrew did customer service. This place seems to be turning around and doing well again!

  Said they could fix the transmission. Tried 4 times and gave up. Still took 1,800.00 and said that they had too much time in it. They need to stick to oil changes. They're not mechanics.

  I own a 2004 Ford Thunderbird. I was having an issue with the transmission not releasing from the park position. A Google search suggested that I might need a transmission fluid flush and fill. I took it Grease Monkey on Tamiami Trail. They noted the problem was not the transmission, but was a Ford engineering flaw typical of Fords manufactured in that period. They showed me how to release the transmission from the park position and successfully sent me on my way without charge. I highly recommend them for their knowledge of cars and honesty and I will continue to use them for my vehicles.
