  Got a text 20 min prior to my pickup time, while I was in an Uber on my way to pick up the vehicle, that informed me that my vehicle was not available and that the only available vehicle would be a15 foot box truck. I was then basically told by the manager that it was my fault that there was not a vehicle there as I had ordered the vehicle over the 1 800 number rather than calling the store the day before. The only reason I didn't call the store the day before is because my car broke down after their five o'clock business hours so I had to call the corporate number. It was a terrible rental car experience all around. I would highly recommend another company based on this experience.

  Logan and the manager are awesome, very friendly and informative they are helping us with a rental to move a 3d printer, We own a moving company and they gave us great rates and we will be using them multiple times again in the future
