As soon as a walked in, Mr Jakob took care of the computer work finding the proper battery I needed. Mr Eddie took care of putting the battery in, while he explained couple things, pros and , battery life. Both we're great. I was in and out of there. Quick , Easy, Painless. Thank you Very Much. I purchased a new one and was about to go home and install it. Eddie brought it out and proceeded to install it for me. He was very professional and informative about future care for batteries in general. Very Satisfied Customer.
- ADAshley DickinsonDec 28, 20255.0We were trying to get on the road to head home that was nearly 12 hours away and ended up having to need an alternator. I called the store from Walmart parking lot and spoke to Tony the store manager. He said he had one. Then we needed a new belt and coolant. When we were finally able to get to the store he had everything together except the coolant because when I talked to him we didn’t know we would need it yet. When I told him the coolant he told me he would go get it. He also had the diagram for the belt and thank goodness he did because it had come off of our car. He also had an extra belt because we weren’t positive on the width. Got back to the car and within 30 min had our car going again! Tony and Kevin that was working tonight and closed were both amazing and super helpful!!!!
