He sold me the right parts and made sure they recognized my military discount. He even came in on his own time to fix my problem by putting the parts into my car in the parking lot of the AutoZone store! whatever AutoZone can do to properly recognize the wonderful services of this very young man would be greatly appreciated!
- KEKristen EverettNov 6, 20251.0Was very disappointed to call this location and be told my alternator was in stock at an alternate store by this location and that this store verified it was in stock at another store and that they placed on hold for me, so i go to store that's 30 minutes away from my house just to be told they do not have it there. Thankfully the location i was sent to went above and beyond to find a store with the part that was 5 minutes from my house. The employees should be trained better in regards to telling someone it's there and not verifying it's actually there. I Highly recommend the peachland location in port Charlotte as an alternative store in regards to professionalism and the accuracy in securing my parts and exact store with it in stock. Update for Comment in reference to reply from this particular autozone. I will never call your store again, knowing the store needs to retrain in regards to how to look up inventory properly and to take a couple minutes to verify it is actually at said store they say they are holding it for me at, but I will continue to go to the north port location because everyone there is extremely respectful, helpful and do the extra steps to ensure they are not wasting people's time. They care about there customers at the north port location. North Port autozone goes above and beyond.
