    Je dois mettre 1 étoile car pas le choix. J’avais une réservation ce jour et vous avez annulé ma réservation sans m’en avertir. Vous m’avez laissé sans solution pour prendre mon vol à Orlando. Le gars qui m’a répondu au téléphone n’avait aucune solution pour moi et m’a dit de me débrouiller. J’ai apelle au service client, ce service a ouvert un ticket d’urgence et devait nous rapeller. J’attends encore le retour d’appel. Inadmissible pour une compagnie comme enterprise

    All of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees were friendly and very accommodating. The customer service was excellent. The cars were clean and well maintained. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

    If I could give less than a 1 I would; booked a reservation weeks in advance for a rental from 12/24-1/2 for a family trip and 2 days before the reservation we received an email stating that they were out of cars and my reservation was cancelled. The manager replied to my emails with "sorry" and no other help renting another car or offer for another vehicle at another location--wouldn't answer the phone at the location, only communicated via email.
