  All of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees were friendly and very accommodating. The customer service was excellent. The cars were clean and well maintained. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

  If I could give less than a 1 I would; booked a reservation weeks in advance for a rental from 12/24-1/2 for a family trip and 2 days before the reservation we received an email stating that they were out of cars and my reservation was cancelled. The manager replied to my emails with "sorry" and no other help renting another car or offer for another vehicle at another location--wouldn't answer the phone at the location, only communicated via email.

  It’s disappointing to have to post a negative review but we will no longer be renting from this location or Enterprise at all. Twice before we have left with cars with mechanical issues. One of those times the car overheated about 3 miles from the office. Today, after confirming my rental reservation made 2 weeks ago, I received a call that there were no cars available. There were no remedies offered and no alternative locations suggested. We were simply told there was nothing they could do. The team is always professional and nice, but poor operations means they have lost loyal customers. I’m leaving this review because there is no where else to voice concerns. I’ve called Enterprise Corporate as well to no avail.

  This site had a car waiting for my fiancé on Friday. We didn’t get there in time because the insurance agent gave us the wrong hours of operation. When they opened again on Monday, the car that was reserved for us was gone. They proceeded to send her to the Jacksonville Beach site, which also didn’t have a car there. Then they say they can come pick you up. That’s a total lie if you live more than five places from them they are not willing to pick you up. Take your Business to Hertz don’t go to enterprise. Then I get a reply to this review to contact them through a website. That link is to the AI app not to someone that can actually help you. Boo, another horrible company only caring about your cash.
