  They said they can't balance a 22 size rims, do you believe that? No Sr there is no concerns it's ridiculous a shop at this size doesn't do balance in a 22 inch tires, of course they do but bcz doesn't worth to do it your guys just ignore, I went to another store way smaller then your and they did the balance without hesitation " Best Choice Tires " this is the place , thanks to them I got my tires balanced, so you guys can mount a 22 tires but can't balance?? Yeah right, 2 years ago I bought 4 22' tires with you guys mounted and balanced now just bcz I just need balance you guys don't want to do it!! Yeah good luck with that , I was a client from you guys for more then 10 years, I'm done. Thank you and have a great life.

  My tire blew out on the Turnpike while I was driving to work, and as a pregnant woman alone in that situation, I was extremely shaken up. I called Tire Kingdom first, and Joe kindly told me to bring the car in. When I arrived, Diego, Ari, and Joe were compassionate, calm, and genuinely helpful. They explained that the tire could not be repaired and that they did not have the one I needed in stock, but they still tried to help me figure out solutions and get me safely back on the road. Without Diego, Ari, and Joe, I would probably still be stuck there trying to figure out what to do. Unfortunately, once George got involved, the entire experience changed. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and instead of trying to help me find a solution, it felt like he was just trying to get me out the door because they did not have the tire and were not going to make the sale. That made an already stressful situation much worse. I’m very grateful to Diego, Ari, and Joe for their kindness and professionalism during a scary moment. George, however, handled the situation poorly.

  The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured into unnecessary services, which I really appreciated.

  I recently went into Tire Kingdom to get a new set of tires and honestly, it was a solid experience. The staff were cool, easy to talk to, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn’t need. They helped me find the right tires without making it complicated. . Once I got back on the road, I could definitely feel the difference. Car felt a lot more stable 😅. Prices were fair compared to what I was seeing elsewhere, so no complaints there. Overall, no headaches, no runaround just got what I came for. I’d go back.

  I recently purchased 2 new tires, wheel balancing and front end alignment at this location. The note at the bottom of the receipt says to have the Lug nuts/Bolts checked and retorqued after the first 25 miles of use. ** This review is for my visit on Friday, March 27, 2026 ONLY! On Friday, 03/27/26 I went to have this work checked/performed. Two (2) men were at the front counter, busy, so I had to wait. Fortunately Diego was the first man to acknowledge me. When I explained to Diego what I needed the other man commented that this work did not need to be performed, it was a standard note on the invoice. I said to Diego that if this note is on the invoice I want the Lug nuts/Bolts to be checked and retorqued if needed. Diego was very friendly and pleasant and stated he would be happy to perform this work. I also made a comment that the two (2) new tires that were installed were filthy and I requested they be cleaned. Again, the other man at the counter said they do not clean the tires, they just install them. My comment was the tires must have been sitting in the warehouse a very long time to collect so much filth and I hoped I received new tires as requested and paid for. I also commented that I never heard that when new tires were purchased they are not cleaned first or after installation. I usually have Honda perform all work on my car. Unfortunately I needed these tires quickly. Diego said to pull my car over to the side and he would have the lug nuts/Bolts checked. Diego also offered to check the windshield wiper fluid and fill it up if necessary. I appreciated his offer, as I originally requested this be performed when I came in the first time and purchased new tires. Diego and Ira performed the work. Both of these men were friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I received excellent service from both of them. I even had the two (2) tires cleaned which took less than 5 minutes! I did tip them for their help. When I come back to purchase two (2) more tires I will definitely request Diego and Ira help me and perform the work. They both performed service with a smile and were extremely helpful.
