  I ordered a tire and and had an appointment for the following day at 2. Arrived at 2 and the person at the counter was not at all friendly. At 4:30 my vehicle still had not been touched. I noticed that other people had ben waiting longer than I was. I walked up to the counter and asked what was taking so long and the counter person said to me. “ There’s something called a line”. He was so rude and should not be in customer service. No one said technicians didn’t show up and it will be a while . I was treated so poorly that I will never step foot in any one of these locations again. I wish I had gotten a name but I was so angry I forgot. All I have to say is STAY AWAY!!! There are so many others places that you can go to be treated with respect and kindness .

  I was in and out really quickly. Chad was my associate and he was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable on the different products the offered. I will be back!

  Chad was great at recognizing and acknowledging my needs. My car has never left here with a problem and the staff is very honest with their diagnostics.

  Came in for an oil change and my salesperson was Chris great person very easy to talk to and was willing to explain the difference between the service I was getting. So yes if your looking for great speedy service Come to Tire Kingdom and ask for Chris
