- BRBrittnie RowanApr 21, 20261.0If I could give a zero, I would this place is a total scam. If you do not purchase their insurance, they will find a way to charge you money with no proof or reason. There are no before pictures taken of vehicles prior and we were charged $600 for damages that we did not make to a car with no proof required.

If the car you booked and already paid for isn’t available, they try to upsell you to a more expensive vehicle instead of honoring your reservation. At return, they don’t properly inspect the car, and later they may send damage claims. I’m very glad I took detailed photos and videos at pickup, which protected me from being charged for damage I did not cause. Be careful and consider using a different location. I like Sixt as a company, but I would definitely avoid this specific branch
- GFGino FerrariApr 1, 20261.0The manager here gave me the ABSOLUTE worst time renting a car. To the point he would not explain policies without attitude & turned me away due to the tiniest little crack on my driver license saying it’s damaged. Sixt’s policies says “We do not accept extremely damaged or illegible licenses.” Which my license is neither of. You can fully read & scan my license & it’s not expired or anything. This manager seems to have woken on the wrong side of the bed & even threatened to trespass me and call the police. He was loud & rude & raised his voice when I kept mine low. This is a very disturbing individual who wasted my entire day & made me spend 100$ on Lyfts to move around.
