  Following my previous review, I contacted Enterprise Rent-A-Car Customer Service twice and was promised a call back from a higher-level department. The issues with this location were “escalated” with previous reviews of this branch scamming Customers. I’ve been with enterprise in and out of state, This manager needs to be fired. Chris’s responses to reviews are performative at best, as they simply redirect customers back to Customer Service with no real action taken. I had to track down corporate contact information myself to formally report this branch. Being told by Enterprise to contact my bank over unresolved and questionable charges is completely unacceptable. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, accountability, and basic customer service.

  1 Star – Completely Misleading & Disorganized This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a rental company. After my accident, I was already dealing with enough stress, and this location made everything worse. Frankie told me the coverage would be $70 total, no matter how long I needed the car. I then had a 20-minute conversation with James, who broke everything down and told me the total would be $101. Based on that, I agreed to move forward. Now I wake up to three completely different charges on my account. When I called, Juan told me the coverage is now $12.99 PER DAY, which has already pushed my total to over $200, plus a deposit fee that was never disclosed to me. At this point, it’s clear there is zero communication between staff — the left hand truly does not know what the right hand is doing. Every single person gave me a different answer, and none of it matched what I was actually charged. When I brought it up, Juan casually told me I could “just cancel if I want.” That’s not a solution — that’s avoiding responsibility. This location is misleading, disorganized, and completely lacks transparency. I would not recommend renting from here unless you’re okay being told one price and charged something entirely different.

  We have rented vehicles each time we are with our children to accommodate all of us. Our experience with enterprise at this location was excellent. It was easy, quick, and the person handling our rental was informative and very respectful. We have used Enterprise on other occasions, and every time we have had an excellent experience. It is without hesitation that we would recommend Enterprise to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle.

  Wow what a shocker, the first thing I see on this page is a gigantic one star review explaining how bad the so-called manager Juan Gaviria is.. Well please allow me to echo such unfortunate sentiment, and let me urge all potential customers to STEER CLEAR OF ENTERPRISE IN GENERAL AND THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY. I have literal objective proof that scam artists are utilizing Enterrpise website and tools to fool customers into spending money for rentals THAT ARE CONFIRMED THROUGH OFFICIAL EMAILS FROM YOUR COMPANY AND ON YOUR ACTUAL SITE LISTING ALL THE SPECIFICS WITH THE POLICY NUMBER I WAS GIVEN...I had all this proof to present to Juan and he simply could not be bothered to even listen or try to work with me whatsoever...He simply said in essence sorry you got ripped off and "next customer please" .....1000000% if anyone was actually operating with an iota of integrity over there there would have been due diligence to either confirm or deny the objective proof I could supply where their company literally confirms the terms that I agreed on and paid for with a scammer. I'm not saying scam artists should instantly be compensated, but if a company automatically is not willing to even attempt to get to the underlying truth of any matter and just always by default says basically "You eat your losses and there is absolutely nothing we will do to help no matter what proof is provided", there can be no doubt they are intrinsically operating from downright evil, profit-whoring instincts that legitimately need to be exposed and called out, until a disgusting reality like this and the soulless jerks that perpetuate it, simply cannot anymore.....I also just want to say in advance to the pathetically generic copy/paste "responses" that are doled out to bad reviews on most big companies including here......SPARE US THE B.S.! EVERYONE KNOWS THAT IS A WHOLLY INSINCERE SYMBOL THAT LEADS NOWHERE PRODUCTIVE AND JUST ANOTHER INDICATION ABOUT HOW CUORRUPT YOUR COMPANY TRULY IS....YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING RIGHT, YOU ACTUALLY POST YOUR INENTION HERE FOR ALL TO SEE, NOT IN THE SUPER-SHADY STANDARDIZED WAY FOR DISGUSTINGLY CORRUPT BUSINESS TO JUST PRETEND THEY CARE BY PUTTING SUCH INSINCERE REPLIES THAT ARE NEVER ADDRESSED WITH ANY INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER.......FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF BEING LIED TO DAY IN DAY OUT BY GREEDY MONSTERS.
