  I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had a smooth, hassle free experience. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and ready on time. Dimitri Denerville provided excellent customer service professional, friendly, and very helpful in explaining all the details clearly. He made the entire process quick and stress free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would gladly choose Enterprise again for future rentals.

  It is a great location with extremely helpful and dedicated staff. In particular, Darcy is a consummate professional that was wonderful in my experience. Highly recommend.

  Jacob was very helpful and professional. I had to extend my rental several times and switch drop-offs and he made it simple for me. Car was great as the traction control on the RAV4 makes it one of the safest midsize economy vehicles in the market, and everything worked well in it.

  I have been coming to this Enterprise for many years, and unfortunately the cleanliness of the cars have deteriorated severely. When customers rent cars for hundreds of dollars (in my case, I rented for a week), there is an expectation that the interior is cleaned and presentable. I have had to clean cars after picking them up from this location multiple times. Most recently, ALL seats (driver, and passenger) were so filthy (see photos), that I was embarrassed when picking up friends (I did not have time to clean the car prior to doing so). And this was the second car I had swapped for after a tire issue with the first car (which I will commend the Customer service for). The first car also had dirty seats and a sticky spill on the dash. All it took to reduce/remove the stains, was a rag with dawn and water and less than 30 mins. Again, if I weren't paying $500, I would overlook it. But, I am and this Enterprise needs to do better. 1/5 for cleanliness 4/5 for customer service: the Manager, training Manager and a European woman are personable and helpful. Everyone else could atleast pretend to care.
