First time I was there for the initial visit i dealt with Carlos. He looked over my truck and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I needed two front struts and to replace one of my M/T tires. I thought the price for the work to be done was very reasonable and the following week the work was done and what can I say, incredible work! The truck drove like a dream. I am definitely going to do some upgrades to my truck and I will for sure trust these guys to do all the work for me. Only been there once but enough to say you guys are the BEST. - EGEduardo GutiérrezDec 2, 20251.0A month ago, I took my truck in to have a broken bolt on the stabilizer bar replaced, and I brought extra bolts so they could replace the old ones with new ones. They took three days without calling me to let me know when the truck would be ready. After I called, they finally gave it back to me, but they only replaced the damaged bolt, and now I have the same problem I had before because they didn't replace the old bolts. Terrible work.

While I was getting towed, he had the tire I needed delivered to the shop. Once I arrived, I was ready to go within 30 minutes. I’m incredibly impressed by the speed and professionalism of this place.

Unlike most leveling kits Suspension Maxx is more involved and takes more time and expertise. The service techs had the knowledge and experience to complete the installation according to Suspension Maxx's specific instructions. They also completed an alignment which is crucial to maintain correct angles and to prevent unnecessary ware on all steering components. The combined knowledge of Chris, Carlos and the owner Bernie who has been in business for 42 years speaks for itself. Their prices are also extremely fair and there is no BS or upselling. I would highly recommend Tire Country for any and all truck accessories, tires and rims. Thanks again guys!
