We dropped the car off and it was ready in 45 mins. However, I changed my review because a few days later looked at my tint and saw a bubbly effect. I took the car in and front desk guy and technician looked at it and said it was hard water stain in the outside of the windows. The resolution was too buff the outer windows which they said they had a service to pay for. I was not going to pay additional for a buffing service. I felt the explanation was a bit rushed and condescending. On addition, after reviewing my receipt I did notice they add a Shop Fee of an additional $20 which was not initially quoted. Really was not satisfied with the customer service level.
