2/2/20 was at this gas station today. I witness an elderly man being taken advantage off this man went into the gas station purchased and item and told the clerk to put the rest on gas. The attendant told him he can’t use pump 1 to move the car to pump 3. I noticed when the elderly man went out side to move his vehicle another customer pulled inTo pump 3. I also noticed the customer swipe his card and pumped gas. When the elderly gentleman came back in to explain the credit that you had approved for pump 3 was used by another customer. The response from the attendant was you should of been paying attention. “Now correct me if I’m wrong... shouldn’t the attendant waited until the elderly man moved his car to pump 3?????” As I spoke to the elderly man he asked the attendant why didn’t you wait until I moved my car and that it was not his fault and to please reset the pump or reimburse his money. It saddens me to see employees act in such a manner with customers especially the elderly. (I’m not saying they are always right, but this situation it clearly wasn’t the elderly mans fault) this attendant was dos disrespectful and rude to this poor man. Finally someone came and tried to diffuse the situation to help this elderly person get his gas or his money. This gas station SUNOCO FEDERAL AND 14th street, doesn’t not value their customers. And clearly have no respect for anyone. That employee should not be working in a place that he has to deal with customers. I will make sure that I let people know about the kind of employee this gas station has and the guide of issues that arise that could of been resolved.
